Cokonet Academy was founded in 2010 and has now grown into a group with two arms operating from Trivandrum and Kochi: Academy (language training: German, French, IELTS, OET, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo) and Overseas (study abroad placement, visa filing, Healthcare-to-Germany pathway). We hire counsellors, trainers, operations staff, content creators, and tech team members across our Trivandrum and Kochi offices. Most of our team members have been with us 4+ years.
Cokonet Academy started in 2010 and is still owner-operated. No private equity churn, no sudden pivots. The same leadership team that built the business is still building it.
We are expanding from two offices to four over the next 18 months. Senior counsellors get team-lead opportunities. Trainers move into curriculum head roles. Operations staff become office managers.

We hire across all levels. Telecaller, Junior Counsellor, Content Marketing Executive, and Video Editor roles are open to freshers and 1 to 2 years experience. Senior Counsellor, Trainer, Digital Marketing, and External Marketing roles require 2+ years relevant experience. We invest heavily in onboarding regardless of your starting level.
Some roles allow partial remote work after a 3-month in-office induction. Content Marketing and certain technical roles can be fully remote. Counsellor and trainer roles require regular in-office presence because most of our parent meetings happen face to face at our Trivandrum or Kochi offices.
We pay above the Kerala consultancy market average, with structured annual increments and performance bonuses tied to student outcomes (not raw volume). Exact ranges are shared in the phone screen after CV review. Trainers earn additional batch-completion incentives. Senior counsellors earn placement-success bonuses.
